I'm paying $84 a month and only get 5.18 mbps on the down load and 1.53 on the up load, can't even operate a security cam...not the best internet provider. About to switch companies.

the speeds are insanely slow i can start a game download and walk away and wont need to return until 2 or more business days before the game is ready, unless theres an update then there goes another few hours before i can touch the game let alone streaming a movie or something while i wait.

When it works, it works great. If it goes down, they expect you to wait 2-4 days for a repair. If you get a tech on the phone who is good they can usually fix, but then again that's a big if. Also, they will make promises and then NOT follow through. They promised us a service call last Friday and when we called back at five to see how much longer were told they did not have a call scheduled for us in the system. So, is it fast yes, as long as it works! We are seriously looking at other providers and I wish we had NEVER changed to them. Worst decision ever!!!

Good internet, glad i switched, wished they lowered the price a bit and made faster plans, maybe a 1 gig!

Worst service not get them for they will mess up installing your service and don't come fix it while charing you for everything still. Might have to get some legal help to get in contact with these people to ether get the job done for money back to get new service. DO NOT GET THEM AT ALL.
