Calvin in Florida working in the retention department is so great at his job! Very personable and kind! Lovely to talk to, glad he figured out a deal for me as my pricing was way higher than I wouldāve liked to pay

I used Spectrum Internet for years without any issues. Price and speed was decent and I was overall satisfied until I went to cancel my service. I used autopay for this account and they continued to charge me even after I paid my account in full, returned my equipment and even confirmed that they had my equipment. I noticed the following month that I was still being charged for the service and it was taken out on autopay. When I called to ask why I was still being charged, thru were now telling me that I would also be charged for my equipment that was never returned. Needless to say, they are still charging me money, despite telling me and sending an email stating they would stop the autopay and send me a refund. I don't know how places get away with continuing to take money from people, that's theft. That's stealing from hard working people and there's nothing we can do about it and they know it. I have emails and claim numbers but none of that matters.

I call to cancel my service but they offer me suspended but they charge me total price and they cut my internet they really sucks donāt give them your money

The service was OK: decent speed but frequent interruptions in service. A Spectrum worker changed the wire from the telephone pole to our house. Now itās more unreliable, and the wi-fi doesnāt reach as far, but the price has increased $10 in less than 12 months.

Spectrum is filled with liars. I switched from EarthLink to spectrum because when spectrum installed service in my area, my EarthLink would not work. The man told me on the phone when setting up service that they would reimburse cancellation fees from EarthLink. He told me that three times. When I called to discuss reimbursement, I was told I would have to have cable also. I explained that is not what I was told on the phone and the lady said I could cancel service at any time. Then she offered me a $20 credit when I mentioned getting some type of credit. I guess spectrum knows just how to capitalize and rip people off. I would not recommend spectrum.

They like to charge over for their internet. And they also do not put stuff in the computer like they should like shut off date when you call in and have it shut off through that text thing. They like to charge an extra month on top of everything else. Their service is very slow even though it's supposed to be fast. It barely runs a PS5 and you have to shut off all your Wi-Fi inside your house everything that is on your Wi-Fi.
