It works ok. I feel it could work better, there are times it's down or too slow. I'm somewhat satisfied but open to changing, we do live in a rural area.

We've been customers of Utah Broadband for ten years now and they've been more reliable and affordable than just about everyone, and super responsive to our needs. Last week, a customer asked us to increase our bandwidth on our FTP server and I called UBB and they had a crew here the next day to take care of it. I highly recommend them.

Best service for living in a rural area! I have six kids so we’re always using the internet! Unlimited data is amazing! Their customer service is incredible!

Terrible company and service. You pay for a certain speed of internet and they have zero commitment to consistently get you those speeds. We’ve upgraded to a faster download speed and haven’t seen it ONCE. I’ve called and called and keep getting the ‘should be fixed now’ response. Now they are suggesting that sending someone over to fix it will require a service charge. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I’ll be finding a new service provider ASAP.

I’m getting 50 down and 10 up consistently. $89.95, you have to ask for the 60 plan or maybe they wait to see if your area is covered before offering. I urge all (rise) users to drop and get these guys. No 250 cap, no rent for equipment.
