My wifi service doesn't work on my cell phone as good as without it. And we have terrible service in Milroy, IN. The TV stops and starts quite often. Every few seconds. We don't do any gaming or use internet for anything else and they are very high priced. 84.99 month. Can't get ahold of customer service during off hours. Was on hold for 10 min waiting for someone to answer. Looking for a different provider in my area

Service has been down for a week. Third time it has been down for days. Poor technical support. Lied to about when it would be fixed. Waiting to have parts approved was one excuse then got parts but would not install on Sat or Sunday. Now waiting on parts they said they had. Fire your technical support and upper management. This is fraud. Collecting for a service you are not supplying. Q wireless was always on these outages only hours not days. Your company supplies a service and charges for that service without supplying it is FRAUD!!!

We had their internet service for several years and as time went on their service became weaker and weaker. Sometimes their internet speed was really poor, so poor that we couldnāt get certain programs to even load. This past fall new internet was installed in our home by Mulberry communications. Their internet service is awesome and we couldnāt be happier. We have so much more speed and power. We have been waiting for over three months to get money back from Watch Communications. They owe us for over payment and are dragging their feet to return our money. I would highly recommend Mulberry Communications!

Service is reliable, but the price, $93.50 a month for barely 25 down and 5 up just for internet is ludicrous, and only recently was a "higher speed" available. Hate to think what 100 down would cost a residential customer.

The technicians are attentive to the problems we have with the unreliable service but we live in a rural area and they tell us there is nothing else they can do for us.
