Customer service has always been fantastic. Price is a little on the high side, but for a rural area like I'm in it's by far the best you can get. Currently have a 400mbps connection, and usually test in the 350-400mbps range.

The speed is much slower than the advertised amount of speed I pay for. I get about 22 megabytes download speed instead of the 100 megabytes I pay to receive.
