Good tech support but worst customer service. They operate like Is 2005. Shut down my internet even thought is was paid and now they refuse to reactivate unless I sign a new contract.

Switched to local provider after horrific customer service from Xfinity. Wow, what a difference. Great service, nice installer and better price.
