I our experience TWN is NOT worth the amount of money they charge for the internet service, The connection is sketchy. We have to call for tech support as it will not stay connected. Constantly have to reset and wait. Even the tech service can not determine why our service is so poor. Please be advised that if you go with TWN and are not satisfied in order to disconnect they require a 30 day notice so you have to continue to pay for a service you are not receiving. We have requested adjusted credit for the lack of service. It is submitted and always denied!

The storefront on SilverCreek road has amazing customer. The internet speed is the best in town...it's a big difference

I’ve had 3 contacts with your tech team, one I can’t recall his name, he works 3rd, the other was a tech who came to see what I needed and the 3rd was Todd who over the phone was able to walk me through a process to get the results I needed. All 3 were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I already was impressed with your service but even more so since interacting with your tech team. Thank-you

Started TWN's service in November 2022, internet + phone. They FORGOT to charge me for the phone and TAXES until April billing. Big bill in April and they expect me to pay "right now". Thinking of going back to Suddenlink/Optimum, after this experience the pricing difference is not enough to care.

The initial install was great; the techs went above and beyond to set up the modem exactly where I wanted it. The price could be better.
