You charged roaming when I added global pass. The chat it is useless. Your charges make no sense. I would never recommend your service to anyone.

Worst Service Ever ā Stay Away from Xfinity! If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Xfinity is hands down the worst phone service provider I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Here's a rundown of the nightmare: 1 Slowest Data Ever: Their internet speed is a joke. 2 Poorest Voice Calls: The voice quality on phone calls is horrendous. It's like talking through a tin can on a string. I can hardly hear the person on the other end, and I constantly get dropped calls. This is 2025, how is this still a thing?! 3 Customer Support is a Disaster: The customer support team is another joke. They are not helpful, rude, and just want to get you off the phone as fast as possible. The worst part? I had a representative literally disconnect my service while we were on a call because she got mad! No resolution, no explanation, just a complete power move. Unbelievable. 4 Unresolved Issues and No Follow-Up: Iāve had multiple open tickets, all of which have been completely ignored. I was promised follow-ups and resolutions, but guess what? I never heard back. Not once. Iām left in the dark, with no solution and no one to talk to. Iāve never been more frustrated with a company in my life. Xfinity doesnāt care about its customers. Run as fast as you can and find a provider that actually knows how to provide service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this train wreck of a company.

This company is terrible hight prices and not good service the bad mobile services in the area and the most spencer and when you closes the account the continue charging you their fine theft

A gentleman by the name Mo helped me out & he was great!! He was full of knowledge, very Personable & quite a bit of Fun!! For anyone looking for electronics should definitely go to the Royal Palm bch., FL...just keep up the great work cuz you gatta customer for life! Thank you and have a great day!

I switched to Xfinity during a promotion. Was supposed to get free mobile service for. Year. I1st month I received a disconnect notice. I called, spoke to someone and they said the promotion was not applied and said it was straight. Today my service was turned Off the bill was $117 . Iām furious. Iām a single mom with 2 kids and I rely on that service. I had to use the last of my grocery money to restore service.. I will be porting my number back out. Do not switch to Xfinity. They false advertise them way overcharge. Disgusting. Taking advantage of single mothers that are low income

I have had xfinity mobile since 2018. I have yet to complete a call from my house using wifi which they suggest. Forbid that I should ever have an emergency call. And now they want to do away with VOIP.

Terrible service, no one is on the same page. Been having Mobile issues since Iāve started and itās been the run around for months. The Decision that was made was either go buy Xfinity phone (with trade in, still have to pay $500+) or get a 150 credit to the account I have no service tooā¦.17+hours on the phone with them throughout this month and half and thatās whatās decided. The credit to the account feels like a joke too cause I donāt have the service!
