T-Mobile provides a ton of ways to pay your bill with all the usual suspects, like apps, auto-pay, and by phone, but also with a few unique options like T-Mobile Money and bill pay straight through your bank.

If you’re in a rush to pay your bill and don’t have the app or your online account set up yet, the fastest method is to submit a guest payment on the T-Mobile website. In the long run, the most convenient solution is to set up auto-pay in the app. We go over all the available T-Mobile payment options below.

5 ways to pay your T-Mobile Internet bill

#1: Pay your bill using your online account or the T-Mobile app
You’ll need your login credentials. If you haven’t set up your account, you’ll need to register before you can make a payment. If you’re in a rush, try the next option.

#3: Use your bank’s Bill Pay service
This is a service your bank may offer. Once you set it up, your bank takes care of all scheduled payments.

Pay your bill using the T-Mobile app, online account, or autopay

First off, we recommend setting up autopay as soon as possible so you won’t stress about remembering to pay your bill every month. You can set autopay from the payment screen in the app or from your online account.

Making a payment from your T-Mobile account in a web browser is as simple as can be. Upon logging in, you’re immediately greeted with a giant Make a payment button.

Paying via the T-Mobile app can get confusing for T-Mobile home internet customers. You pay your bill and manage your account from the T-Mobile app—not the T-Mobile Internet app, which is the app you use to manage your T-Mobile 5G Home Internet network. Downloaded and set up the T-Mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store. You’ll need to have your account credentials or create a new account if you haven’t done so already—the process takes less than five minutes.

Step 1: Log into the T-Mobile app and select Manage.

Step 2: Tap “Make a payment.”

Step 3: Select or enter the amount.

Step 4: Select or add a payment method.

Step 5: Tap Pay $XX.XX now to complete your payment.

Pay as a guest on the T-Mobile website

If you don’t want to bother logging in, creating an account, or don’t have access to your account, you can make a one-time payment as a guest online. All you need is the phone number used by your T-Mobile gateway and your payment details.

Step 1: Navigate to the T-Mobile guest pay page in your web browser.

Step 2: Enter your T-Mobile Home Internet phone number. This is not the contact phone number associated with your account but the T-Mobile phone number that your gateway uses to connect to the T-Mobile network.

You can find your T-Mobile internet phone number in the T-Mobile Internet app at the bottom of the home screen or on your T-Mobile gateway’s display on the third page.

Step 3: Enter your payment amount and add a payment method.

Step 4 (optional): Enter an email address to receive your payment receipt.

Step 5: Click Agree & Submit to complete your payment. Your payment will be posted on the same day.

Pay by phone

You won’t find this on T-Mobile’s official payment guide, but elsewhere online, the internet service provider has stated customers can pay by calling +1-877-453-1304. Keep in mind that the number may change from the time of writing, but we do our best to regularly update these details.

Bill pay from your bank

Bill pay is done through your bank. You call your bank and provide it with T-Mobile’s bill pay details, and from there on out, the bank handles all scheduled payments.

First, you need to add T-Mobile as a provider with your bank. Then, you’ll need to provide a few details which you can find here.

Pay with T-Mobile Money

T-Mobile offers a checking account that anyone can get, but T-Mobile customers get additional perks. Of course, you can pay your T-Mobile bill with a T-Mobile Money account. Learn more about T-Mobile Money here.
