I’ve been a T-Mobile customer since 2015, and I’ve had the chance to redeem some pretty cool perks throughout my time as a customer. Recently, I decided to use the T-Life app for an entire week of T-Mobile Tuesdays to see what I could redeem. The best part is, the freebies and rewards refresh every week, so T-Mobile customers get a fresh lineup of endless rewards.
Curious to see what rewards you could snag? Let’s take a deep dive on T-Mobile Tuesdays.
What exactly is T-Mobile Tuesdays?
T-Mobile Tuesdays is a program that offers exclusive discounts, freebies, and giveaways to eligible T-Mobile customers. I’ve entered a few giveaways myself, including a chance to win $26,000 in cash and $200 in movie ticket credits—I unfortunately haven’t won any giveaway yet.
T-Mobile Tuesday offers reset every week, typically Tuesday at 5 a.m ET. Although you can save offers to use at a later date, you’ll just want to keep an eye on the expiration date to make sure the deal you’re redeeming isn’t expiring.

What I redeemed
Now, on to the fun part. Here’s a quick rundown of what I redeemed during the week of Jan. 25 through 31, 2026.
- 3 months free of Apple Fitness+ (worth about $30, $9.99 per month)
- Free 7-Select™ snack from 7-Eleven including gummies, beef sticks, nuts, seeds, or chips (worth about $3)
- $20 Sam’s Club yearly membership (worth about $30)
- Free Large Slurpee® (worth about $3)
- 4 free Cinnabon BonBites™ with the purchase of a drink (worth about $5)
- Little Caesars Free Crazy Puffs® with pizza purchase (worth about $4)
- Entered to win $200 in movie ticket credits through Atom Tickets

With Apple Fitness+ costing $9.99 per month, saving $30 off a Sam’s Club membership, plus all the free snacks I redeemed, I got about $75 worth, $74.96 to be exact, of freebies and savings—just for being a T-Mobile customer. How neat! Of course, the value will differ based on how much things cost in your area.
There were other rewards and offers I didn’t redeem because they weren’t available in my area or they expired before I could redeem them. But it’s nice to know that I can do it all over again next week and the next—and basically until either T-Mobile Tuesdays ends or I’m no longer a customer, we shall see who caves first.
Let’s talk a little more about what this week entailed.
How complicated was the redemption process on the T-Life App?
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to redeem T-Mobile perks. You can either redeem directly on the app or you will be automatically redirected to the appropriate website through the app—I didn’t have to open a separate browser at all. All the rewards for the week are available Tuesday, so there’s no need to check the app daily—unless you really want to keep your eyes glued to the precious perks, of course.
Here’s an example of what the instructions will look like when redeeming through the app. You’ll get step-by-step direction as well as the expiration date for each reward.

There were a few rewards that required a separate app download, like the 7-Eleven® app. But it only took a few minutes to download, set up an account, and follow the instructions to redeem. You’ll only need to do this if it’s your first time redeeming this reward. I know a Slurpee® is up for grabs every week, so I will definitely be grabbing another next week now that I’ve got everything set up.
Other rewards required I create an online account, like the Little Caesars reward. But it was still a very quick process and I didn’t have any issues redeeming any freebie once I created an account or downloaded the app.
Who’s eligible to redeem T-Mobile Tuesdays rewards?
T-Mobile Tuesdays extends to internet and wireless customers, as well as Metro by T-Mobile customers on an eligible plan. You do need to be on a qualifying rate plan from T-Mobile, but that includes most consumer and business plans. Luckily, every qualifying line can enjoy T-Mobile Tuesdays, and it isn’t limited to one account holder like some rewards programs.
You do need to be at least 18 years old and reside in the U.S. to qualify for most perks. However, you’ll only need to be at least 16 years old to enter giveaways, as long as you have parental supervision, of course.
Here are my top T-Mobile internet and mobile plan recommendations for those interested in signing up.
T-Mobile plans and prices
| Plan | Price | Speed or data allowance |
|---|---|---|
| Fiber 300 | $40/mo.* | 300Mbps |
| Rely Home Internet | $50/mo.† | Up to 415Mbps |
| Essentials | $60/mo.‡ for 1 line w/ AutoPay | Unlimited 50 GB premium data, then slower speeds |
See disclaimers.
Most T-Mobile plans are eligible for T-Mobile Tuesdays, but there are a few exclusions. Here are the plans that unfortunately don’t qualify for T-Mobile Tuesdays:
- DIGITS plans
- T-Mobile for Government
- Hotspot and tablet plans
- Pay as You Go
- Prepaid plans without data
- Partner and wholesale brands, including most MVNOs
- Suspended or canceled accounts
- T-Mobile Connect
- Wearables-only data plan
Not a T-Mobile customer? You can still enter contests and giveaways
Surprisingly, even non-customers can enter some of the giveaways and contests. If you aren’t a T-Mobile customer and want to participate, check out T-Mobile’s sweepstakes page. All you’ll need is your name, address, email address, and phone number—basically your contact info in case you win.
How to claim rewards
First, you’ll need to make sure you download and set up the T-Life app. It only took a few minutes to set up the first time I used it. Here’s a quick rundown of how to redeem rewards.
- Select the Benefits tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on Tuesdays at the top to see what the current week’s offers are and redeem directly in the app.
- Tap an offer to see full details on how to claim it.
You can redeem offers any day of the week, but keep in mind that offers will be updated every Tuesday.
There’s a ribbon on the far right corner that will take you to the My Stuff section where all your saved offers are. You’ll be able to see how long you have left before an offer expires and any rewards that have already expired. You’ll also get the redemption instructions and any terms and conditions specific to each offer here.
You can usually save an offer for over a week, so you have more time to redeem outside of the one week before the rewards change. Some deals can have a redemption period of as short as 24 hours, so keep a close eye on the expiration date.

Will I be redeeming T-Mobile Tuesdays to the max again? Absolutely.
Luckily, a lot of the chain restaurants and stores that participate in T-Mobile Tuesdays are just down the street from me, so I was already planning a trip there or it wasn’t a big inconvenience to make a quick pit stop.
The Sam’s Club membership deal came at the perfect time, since my Costco membership is ending next month. I’ve been eyeing Apple Fitness+ for a while, so I had to snag a free three month trial. These two alone accounted for the bulk of the total value, but I’m curious to see what other deals T-Mobile will add throughout the year. I’ve already got my eye on a Free Auntie Anne’s Original Pretzel I saw this morning—I know where I’ll be after work tonight.
Now that I have the 7-Eleven® app, Little Caesars and my Cinnabon accounts all set up and ready to go, you can bet I’ll be snagging these any and every time I see them pop up on the T-Life app.

T-Mobile’s truly endless rewards and perks
Most internet and wireless providers will lure you in with a tempting offer or promo that usually ends after you sign up. T-Mobile is on the other end of that spectrum with deals and freebies available for customers long after they’ve signed up. After just one week, I was able to snag about $75 worth of free snacks and savings. At this rate, customers can enjoy hundreds of dollars every year with T-Mobile Tuesdays, all for just being a customer.
