Xfinity Membership cards for the Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers

Out with the old and in with the new. Xfinity recently ditched its old Xfinity Rewards program in favor of a new loyalty program called Xfinity Membership. It consists of four tier levels, and the longer you’re a customer or the more Xfinity services you have, the more perks and rewards you can claim. All Xfinity customers who have at least one eligible service are automatically enrolled upon activation.

Let’s dive into Xfinity Membership and see what deals you can snag as a current or future customer.

Eligible services for Xfinity Membership

To become an Xfinity Member, you must be at least 18 years old and the primary account holder. Simply activate any qualifying Xfinity service—you’re automatically enrolled.

As for what qualifies for Xfinity Membership, you can sign up for quite a few different services to be eligible. Here’s the full list:

  • Xfinity Internet
  • Internet Essentials/Internet Essentials Plus
  • Xfinity TV
  • Postpaid NOW TV/NOW TV Latino/NOW StreamSaver™
  • Xfinity Mobile
  • Xfinity Voice
  • Xfinity Home Security
  • Xfinity Smart Home

If you already have one of the qualifying Xfinity services, you’re automatically enrolled as long as your account is in good standing. You need an Xfinity ID and password set up to access your Xfinity Membership. Visit xfinity.com/getstarted to set up an online account if you haven’t already.

If you don’t have any Xfinity services, we’ll walk you through a few of the more popular qualifying services.
