CenturyLink could not deliver consistent service for us and promised to refund the month of July, 2022 after a year of intermittent internet service. It is now March of 2023. We are still waiting for the refund. They will not return phone calls or respond by text. Worst customer service and provider. Don't ever use this company, you will regret it.

This company resorted to the very same tactics in which the cell phone companies have gotten away from. In the last t w o years they have raised their charges on the same internet service twenty five percent. I know they have no control over taxes but this raise in fees isn't including the recent increase in communication taxes. They continue to raise the price steadily and offer their customers a price lock once they have had enough of the raising costs. This so called price lock is a t w o year agreement in which if you choose to no longer use them they charge you an early termination deal. All the while they continue to offer new customers a price discount on services at nearly f i f t y percent of what a current customer is paying. Why don't you just start everyone and lock their price from day o n e... your price should be fair from the get go, you don't continuously dismiss you current customers of years in hopes you can lock them into an agreement. just provide good service and hope they stay with you... I have had enough, I have been a customer for over four years but these last two years have me thinking about just going back to clear or even just using my cell phone hot spot. COX you are becoming horrible century link or charter will be taking your customers.
