Mitch is an expert at his job, and quantum is a A+ company in my opinion. Great service, fast responses, and free upgrades for equipment not functioning properly! 10/10 do recommend!

THE WORST< WORST experience i have ever had with internet provider. Customer service is a joke. Never get to actually talk to real person. No reliable internet service after paying for 2 months....The answer as to why i don't have internet is always the same. There is an outage in your area. Check the app? NO OUTAGES REPORTED IN MY AREA???? Oh and by the way my next door neighbor, who has quantum, has internet service but im in an outage. After 2 months of spotty internet i had enough. Try to cancel? Took 20 minutes of customer service saying we can credit your account. We can give you discount to make them understand i would go without internet if they were the only providers. HOW ABOUT GIVING ME INTERNET!!.

Had the company come and install, which after the service was available, was quick. Internet speeds started off great, but over the last 6 months it's declined. Constantly dropped connections, slow speeds. I work from home and at least once a day my connection is lost for about 5 to 10 mins during my workday. Incredibly frustrating. We often switch to use our mobile data on our phones since the internet is unstable. We switched from Tmobile's internet and it's about the same, if not worse with connection speeds. Not sure there are good options out there.

Fantastic price. 100% fiber. So far after 4 months 100% reliability. True gig speed. Only downside is no static IPs and a blind NAT.

The tech that came didn't test the system before she left or bring more pods. Now all my cameras will be offline and I'll have to pay for an art provider to reconnect my security system. When I get back I'm cancelling

Although I am paying for 940 MBPS, I am only receiving less than 100 MBPS. When I call to get assistance, there is more than a 3 hour wait. When I try to Chat, there is 99+ people ahead of me. I have tried to talk with sales, support, etc. and called Century Link directly, no help. I am looking for another provider to replace Quantum. I tried to call for two weeks and tried to Chat with the same results. Terrible service!

Worst customer service. Wait times up to 4 hrs. Not able to leave call back number. Agents with poor language skills and calls often dropped. Out for 5 days and they refuse to send a service tech after hours of trying remote testing fixes. On hold 2 hrs when requesting to terminate service.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! They have rescheduled me 4 times and I have been calling them and all they do is either loop me back or tell me that they are working on rescheduling my appointment! I still have no idea when I will have internet, but you can bet they took their payment out immediately and are still holding it. I am looking for a different provider right now because I am stuck without any internet and a company that lacks any kind of customer service.
