Hate this lazy inconsiderate company...been waiting for service since Nov.2018 it is Jan. Almost Feb. 2019 and still nothing,at first they said they had to repair the lines( ok that's understandable)... After the repairs they were to send the installing crew for inside. Appt.was a week from after all outside repairs were done, waited nothing not even a courtesy canceling call...all day finally called to ask what happen they said oops very sorry they lost the order slip...rescheduled for 2 weeks later...I asked why such a long rescheduled date..that's when they have some available who knows what they are doing for my area...( That's insane shouldn't they all know what they're doing) ok again waited all day...never showed then another two weeks for next date, no no no...their excuse this time was the person who was to come install ran out of time and I was the last one on his list...ok so why can't he pick up where he left off and be here first thing in the morning...NOT 2 WEEKS LATER...PLUS IVE DONE MY PART WHEN THEY PERSISTED FOR THE DEPOSIT...I PAID ALREADY BACK IN DEC.2018 WTF IVE HAD IT TIME TO FIND OTHER PROVIDER AND SHAME ON YOU FRONTIER ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE VERIZON A WELL KNOWN COMPANY..WHOS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO WAY THAT OF YOUR STANDARDS...WHEN YOU AFFILIATE YOUR COMPANY WITH ANOTHER THEY CAN DESTROY YOUR REPUTATION DUE TO THEIR LACK OF INTEGRITY AND SERVICEMANSHIP.
