The phone service is great yet the internet via there hook up doesn't amount to anything at all. I finally got it hooked up to an old iPhone 6+ and there wasn't any signal at all. Found out that the unit they (T-Mobile) provided was not there top unit. So with that in mind I'd say you'd have to order this to really check it out. I have to return the unit via UPS. That's a draw back if ever....l

i have called several times to disconnect this service and they refused to stop my service. they have on record that i called many times to stop service and they still have been billing me for the last ten months when i done even live at the address any more. and after calling again they still did not stop the service. now i have to go to the bank and press fraud charges for the last ten months and get my money back
