This is by far the worst internet provider I have ever used over the past 20 years. Just moved down here to FL from CT. The 1 Gig I'm paying for, is NEVER 1 gig! At best it can get to 500 mbs. That's based on Speedtest.net. Constantly in and out of service. while streaming TV. Had enough of the nonsense and switching to AT&T fiber. Spoke with several folks who have it, and they're very happy with it. Spectrum has a great intro offer for internet and phone, but if you don't have reliable service, what good is the discount?? Yes, the mobile service is good, but that's because they're on Verizon towers. Stay away from Spectrum internet! OMG, even as I try to submit this review, the service goes down, AGAIN!
