RiverStreet Networks (aka Wilkes Communications; fka Sky-Tek) WAS a great internet provider in Murphy; however, since Sky-Tek was taken over by WILKES, the service has degraded. I used to get consistent wi-fi service that rarely went down or buffered, even during torrential rain storms, but now I'm lucky to get 5kbs download speeds if I have service at all. A call to tech support is all but useless--you get the same mantra over and over: "reboot your system, check the speed, we'll place a service request ...." Then you're lucky if service calls you back or follows up. VERY DISAPPOINTING COMPANY to do business with.
