I was hit by hurricane florence.I was without cable and internet for 3 weeks. I got charged a full month when I called she said I only called 3 days so they could only credit 3 days. Now. When I called each time they told me they were aware I was out of service cause of storm. No need to call. That's not fair and I know they know exactly when it was out and came back on they know everything else about me and my service
