I have been calling AT&T customer service so many times and I canāt get anywhere with them every time they do something they mess up my account even worse. They are one of the worst customer service companies I ever dealt with and I am switching my service.

Internet is very inconsistant. On and off all the time. The outside box has been switched out 4 times. We had a service call placed and no one showed up. Left existing cable that is no long in use. Basement looks like spagetti junction.

Have had AT&T Fiber Optics for 3 Years. No problems at all. Great Service!

I would like to say thank you Haysam! You helped me when I have been trying for 4 months to get this situation resolved. You were quick, understanding, and polite, and courteous. AT&T needs more of you and your excellent customer service. Please no more machines I like talking with a live person to understand. No more long waiting times that is what AT&T needs to work on. Thank you Haysam GREAT JOB!!!

I was very frustrated trying to get my order satisfied after several days of being given the run around. AT&T Customer service has been awful for the last few months. Many customers are leaving and I donāt blame them.

Absolutely the worst wireless. Lost my number during Port for 3 weeks even though I had a working 14 pro max phone. No calls or texts for 3 weeks on the phone everyday for more tha 4 hours each time getting the run around. Blaming the last service company, then blaming Apple, then hanging up on me several times when they couldnāt figure out what happened. Several emails and weeks without a working phone and Iām still on hold waiting for answers. Worst decision I have ever made. At&T has the worst absolute worst customer service.
