So I have been with att for many years , never had problems with internet or service until I moved to a major city (Orlando ) , but now I don’t even have a phone half the time ! Then I wake up today , yes I am 7 days late on my bill, to my phone service has been cut off ! So I have never in my life had a service or creditor or anything to the such ever cancel or cut off anything for it being one week late ! I’m not sure what is going on with the company but this is complete trash . This will be the last month with this service provider , I highly recommend to anyone looking for a provider to stay away , the customer service is trash , rude and unhelpful ! But just wanted to get this off my chest and hopefully this helps someone out there who is looking for a provider . Stay away!

We are without Internet for 5 days because their technicians are on strike. But my company is not on strike and I work remote. AT&T Manager came on the 4th day just to confirm the router is broken which my husband already told them over the phone. They said someone is coming today to fix it which never happen. No one called to let us know they are not coming either. This is the 2nd router that broke in one year. No urgency! AT&T really doesn't care about their customers. I regret leaving the previous company. We had them for 18 yrs and didn't have problems. Thinking of going back to them even though their price was higher and the speed lower.

I've been a loyal customer of this company since I got my first cellphone back in college, over 20 years ago. Unfortunately, my experience has gone downhill recently. The waiting time to get through to customer service is awful. On top of that, they changed the plan prices without notifying me, which was frustrating. The customer service is now handled overseas, making communication difficult and hard to understand. Even worse, everything seems calculated to ensure that if you try to switch plans to save money, you end up losing credits. After all these years, I’m seriously considering making a switch. Very disappointed.

ATT installed Fiber internet at my home last spring. It's been perfect since the install appointment went so smoothly. I got the gigabit speed, which is 1000Mbps download AND upload. That is blazing fast. They offer speeds up to 5,000Mbps. Fiber internet is the current state of the art. If ATT offers it in your neigborhood, grab it.

At&t imternet air is trash. Got my first internet air hub set up called customer support tonopen up oorts for xbox and they sent me a new replacement internet air hub without even asking me. Now the new internet air hub doesnt even work and I have no internet. Sit in hold for 40 min.befire I even talk to tech support for them to not even do qnything but tell me to wither wait 24-48 hours for a possible fix or have them send me another replacement internet air hub. Are you kidding me???!!! I literally had internet service for 2 days and now nothing. What a joke

i had the best experience with at&t customer service. patrick went above and beyond in helping me, asking about how my day was, and fixing my problem on the very first try. he was incredible! made my whole experience and issues with my phone easier to deal with and to troubleshoot on my own. great service and great advice!!! Worst Customer Service ever. Changed my plan without informing me and refused to do anything about it. One manager told me one thing last week and today after holding on for 2 hours, they refused to help me or honor what the other manager said. Loyalty means nothing to them. After being with them for 12 years, I am ready to change. After changing my plan without my knowledge they continued to be totally unhelpful and gave me misinformation #at&tistheworst

Where could I start.. we have been without internet for 1 month & 2 days . There seems to be no concerns to get us back!! So many calls , so many excuses !! They call us every few days & tell us there is an outage in our area & they will call and let us know when it’s working ?? 32 days
