The internet is very bad and slow. Our house is small and we need an exteded due to the AT&T fiber is very bad. Also, they offer visa with 150.00 and we never received it and now we ask and they said that for 10 days pass we are not going to receive our offer(eran 120 dias and today is 129 days)

Horrible company. They charge you for things that should not be charged and then when you call them it takes hours for them to resolve it. They do not care about their customers.

Terrible. Has it a few years ago and changed providers. Chose ATT again and MUCH worse. Customer service is also terrible.

I just wasted 30 minutes of my time being forced to reset my AT&T password numerous times without success. I am so fatigued and irritated with non-stop password resets. I have been sick of this company for a long time... this is the final straw. I am going to find a new provider.

My wife is very upset with the installer, as he tracked mud all around our hall, office and basement. Also after he drilled the hole in the wall he didn't clean up any of the drywall that fell on the floor. We had to mop our floors and clean our house after the install.
