I am very satisfied with the service but my only complaint would be my bill is still not correct when I look at it online we supposedly straighten it out and now it's going back to being different as not correct.

The salesman gave an excellent estimate of my situation and very knowledgeable about his product. What really thrilled me was that he followed up through each step of the process of installation. The cost, coverage and speed is phenomenal. Couldn’t have made a better choice.

We just moved here and started service with c spire a few months ago! I love it! We have home WiFi! Compared to our previous provider the service reliability is great the price is cheaper and reasonable! The customer service is way way better! The lady had trouble finding my house on their map right off the bat and moving from another state I was not good at giving directions over the phone! I called two other providers in the area and they said they did not offer service to my address and hung up! She instead worked with me and we found that my home was just newly built so it had not made it to their map but they did in fact offer service here and as I said it was a task to explain where I lived not being from here! She was amazing and I would absolutely recommend them!

Honestly, the installation was a seamless process. Customer service has been fantastic (the one single time I needed them). The speed is amazing and my ping rate is usually 1-2 & if you know, you know. The app is also easy to navigate. Bill pay through the app is a breeze. I swapped from Xfinity and it has been a very pleasant surprise
