My internet has to be reset at least once a week and I pay almost $100 a month for fast internet. When it works it is fast but when it works!

Techs are very friendly and make me as a customer feel I’m being taken care of. Internet speeds are amazing and the reliability has been great so far. Very happy overall.

It's alright. I'm paying for 1gig service, service taps out at 940mb, which is not 1gig, also speeds are around 800ish mb, which is not 940mb, which is also not 1gig. Not sure how that works, but we should be charged the price of 800/900mb, not for 1gig, when the service itself can't even provide 1gig.

Compared to Troy Cable CSpire sucks. You can never get an actual human to answer the phone. You can’t figure out how to mail a monthly bill. Get your stuff together please.

The service has been awesome compared. I see a lot of complaints about the price but my thought is you are paying for better service and better customer service. USA customer service instead of speaking to someone across the world who is reading from a script. You get what you pay for. The others are cheaper bc they are employing the cheapest who can’t problem solve. It’s way more than just answering the phone. The time wasted in the past by staying on hold and getting half baked answers from previous companies. My time is worth more. I never mind paying more for peace of mind and better service
