Generally speaking, Sail Internet is good for basic usage, however, I have been having many issues with Sail Internet's connectivity and constant power outages. BE CAREFUL, when choosing Sail Internet for pricing or good customer support, especially after ending the PROMO. They have been lying about their reviews.

I have been using Sail Internet for more than a year(200Mbps plan). The speed was good for the price as I did not want the super expensive Xfinity contracts at that time. I was for a while happy with the speed (used to get close to 140 Mbps). But of late, I am seeing frequently download speed rates of 10 to 15 Mbps. I think its probably more people have signed up to Sail taking all the bandwidth. My zoom calls keep dropping and am really finding it difficult to work from home on most days. The customer rep keeps telling me to restart my modem but that doesn't help... the internet is spotty and unreliable. I am going back to Xfinity. They are offering 1 Gig speed for 70$ with no contract. So lets see how that goes

My speed test results were twice that of other providers, and price $55.00 per month as well as no charge for modem,installation, etc. Made for an easy sale

Sail Internet providers reliable high-speed internet service and it has reasonably priced service plans.

Been with SAIL for near to a year now. Excellent service overall. Excellent download (~80-100Mbps and upload (~8-10Mbps) speeds. There were 2 outages about 7 months ago and they upgraded their systems it has been good since then.

Great service provider! I was tired of my internet company download limits and Sail offered a much higher than contracted speed and unlimited download. 100% recommended.

We've had Sail since September 2019. The speeds are fast, the price is fantastic and the service is exceptional. We are very satisfied and would recommend Sail to our neighbors.

Sail recently expanded to East Chula Vista and I am so happy they did. I switched to Sail about 4 months ago and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Average download speeds of 300 and upload speeds is 100. The price is excellent and their service fantastic.
