Starlink customer service phone number
Starlink launched a new customer service line in November of 2024, but it’s only for customers who can’t get online or who are suddenly offline. If that’s you, call +1-866-606-5103 during the following hours:
- Monday–Friday: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed
The line supports English and Spanish languages. To get connected, you will need to enter a phone number and account number registered to an official Starlink subscription.

Starlink offers comprehensive help resources but makes it difficult to contact live agents. If you’re having trouble with your service, sign into your account and search the database below. If you can’t find the answers you need, you can create a support ticket.
Starlink affiliates
Starlink doesn’t operate physical stores of its own, but you can buy Starlink kits at the following retailers:

These stores do not offer Starlink customer service, only the opportunity to purchase equipment.

Pay your Starlink bill
There are multiple ways to pay your Starlink bill:
- Save a credit card to your account
- Save a debit card to your account
- Set up Apple Pay
- Set up ACH, Bancontact, or Mobile Money, depending on your region
Set up payments online by signing in, navigating to your account, and clicking the “Make a payment” button. In the app, navigate to the Billing section and tap “Manage payment method.”

Cancel your Starlink service
There are two ways to cancel your Starlink service: the Starlink app or the Starlink website. You’ll have active service up until the date you paid for. Be aware, you may not be able to sign up for the same service plan after you cancel.
In the Starlink app, go to Account, then select Manage subscription for options. You can pause certain plans.
On the Starlink website, go to your account and scroll down to the Your Starlinks section to make changes.
