T-Mobile Fiber plans and pricing
We analyzed T-Mobile Fiber’s internet service for the best plans and deals.
T-Mobile’s fiber internet isn’t as well-known as its cellular and 5G home internet services. The company still has some growing to do in the fiber internet market, but it should see some huge gains with the acquisition of Metronet and Lumos.
Pros
No annual contracts
No data caps
Cons
Limited availability
No TV services
Plan | Price | Download Speed | Connection Type |
---|---|---|---|
Fiber 300 | $40.00/mo. | 300Mbps | Fiber |
Fiber 500 | $55.00/mo. | 500Mbps | Fiber |
Fiber 1 Gig | $70.00/mo. | 1,000Mbps | Fiber |
Fiber 2 Gig | $110.00/mo. | 2,000Mbps | Fiber |
T-Mobile doesn’t have introductory rates, annual contracts, or data caps. Plus, new customers can try the service for free for 30 days—the standard rate applies afterward. For now, the fastest plan you can get is 2Gbps, but that will change once T-Mobile acquires Metronet and its 5Gbps fiber internet plan.

I replaced Optimum as my ISP with T-Mobile when it became available, and I have never regretted doing it. I don’t have constant price increases, and I don’t have to call every year to cancel my service to get a reasonable price for the service.

We have only needed help once and they handled it in the office. Sure, I would like it to cost less, but it is a fair price.

Customer service is always helpful and gets the repair done. We have had no issues with the speed. We use wireless computers, TV and phones.

The service has been the most reliable of any service that I’ve ever had.
We compared T-Mobile against three fiber internet providers, and all have plenty of choices. Currently, Frontier offers the fastest plan of the bunch at 7Gbps, but it costs a pretty penny. Of the four, T-Mobile has received the best feedback from customers.
