Horrible service, horrible company, TV plus has less channels worse video quality, just junk. I cancel the cable service because the upgrade they sent me with 2 mesh routers was not what I WANTED.. I was told I would get a box and label to send back what I was sent, in 2 weeks I DID NOT RECIEVE THE BOX OR LABLES. They billed me for a complete month service for just five days of use, and will probablely charge me for the equipment that they sent to me unsolisited. We have had the service for over 20 years, they treat customers like dirt, stay away.

Network repeatedly goes out and minimal communication. Currently in my second outage in less than a week and I run a business off of this internet.

Service is terrible, my WiFi drops out often,, especially when making phone calls. Streaming is an issue a lot of times and I feel the speeds offered are not as good as they say

So far, so good. Installation was fast and smooth. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a basic router that has improved speed significantly and connectivity throughout our home.

Internet is constantly shutting down and we are not compensated every time it goes down, however, Our bill is never credited. This is an ongoing issue on a regular basis. As soon as a new provider becomes available in my area, I'M DONE with TDS.

I've never had an internet provider that is down for a whole week. TDS is constantly having issues and will go for whole days with no service. People can't function in their jobs with this inconsistency.

I just tried to establish internet service by phone with Ian and was told there would be a $49.95 tech fee for the install to be done. This on top of the false advertising & misleading information on line of "internet for life" package which he tacked an extra $10 on for the use of your modem. Your info on line is very misleading- the tech even told me that this would be a 2yr price guarantee until I brought it to his attention that on line it stated Price for Life. Very disappointed in service and policies. I was a faithful TDS customer previously- not now.

they give you service bill you double services and dont apply your acp program to you bill then charge you a high bill and cut ur service off but wont contact you or do anything to resolve the issue when you contact them
