I have the 1Gbs plan; however, the speed frequently drops significantly when there is heavy usage in my area. I have recorded speeds below 100 Mbs during these times and on occasion the signal has dropped completely. Technicians have come out can find nothing wrong with connections and just give me the run around. They need to invest more in nodes or whatever it takes to improve performance, else it's just false advertising.
