AT & T has the WORST customer service. The internet speed was substandard; I was locked into a service contract. When it was completed, I called to see if there were any options to renew/lower, the customer service rep was rude and indifferent. So, eventually I cancelled service. After I cancelled, and actually had another service started at a savings of $24.00 a month, I had to make two additional calls regarding AT & T continuing to bill me (the reps indicated it was still providing service with each call). Finally, after third call (on hold for 15+ minutes), rep gave me another number to call. I called. This is hopefully now all resolved. We'll see.......
