Their prices is outrageously high compared to other providers. In order for me to continue to get my phone bill for free I would have to stay with them for a whole year just to get a promotion on my internet services which I wasn't told when getting their phone services so I agreed to it if I had known all that before hand I wouldn't of never went with spectrum phone I would have went with another provider. Their phone bill is 50 dollars "unlimited" but so much for unlimited because after you use a certain gb your phone slows down extremely, I had a different service before spectrum and I was only paying 35 dollars unlimited everything and it was literally unlimited no slowing down or anything. Once I am done paying off this phone which will be real soon I'm leaving spectrum immediately and never coming back and I will never recommend them to none of my family or friends, actually 2 of my friends recently left spectrum due to their bill continuing to increase. They want 86 dollars for 300mbps and other companies want 40-50 dollars for 300mbps I prefer them to be honest, saving means more to me than spectrum but they don't care!!!

I went to spectrum store to return and at the same time get the service. The guy in the store sold us the internet, tv and voice package and told us that the bill will be lower than $20 with ACP and promotion. After 2 weeks I see the bill of $126 and have to pay less than a month before literary after 20 days. Don’t bother believing this sales agent they just want to make their money and would hesitate to lie on your face.
