On Demand is awful. I have had several issues with it not working right but today was very frustrating. I was watching a show (The Red Line) and half way through the sound cut out. I kept it going for a long time but nothing changed. I decided to start all over again to watch it and it did exactly the SAME - all the way to the end of the show.
