Tech Support is useless, I usually prefer chat as I can usually take care of other things while I wait and don't have to hold the phone to my ear, however it takes 4-5 different techs before you can get someone who can actually help. One guy told me to reboot the router, and when I said I would do it now, simply closed the chat bringing me to the "survey", so now not only did the suggestion not work, now I had to start with a new rep, which this time told me I had to call "sales" in order to get my port forwarding issue resolved. They lock down the modem if you reboot it too many times, however the techs will ALWAYS tell you to reboot it in order to troubleshoot the issue your calling about.
