It's great if it works but it works like it should about 40% of the time. Constant speed fluctuations, dropped connections and a lack of caring about solving issues. If you live in a high use area and the speed tanks constantly, their response is, "Oh well, nothing we can do." First they blame your equipment, finally after several calls send someone out, then they say, "Well it's not your equipment but you just have to deal with low speeds because the company won't upgrade it's equipment to me the demand people are paying for." Their service has been dog crap for years and this last week pretty much unusable. Ran a speed test this morning with .18 download, 0 upload and over 2,000 ping.
