From there, you can order services separately and use your MyBundle profile to find shows, movies, and games available on your purchased services.

Featured streaming services include Hulu + Live TV, Sling TV, YouTube TV, Vidgo, DIRECTV STREAM, fuboTV, Philo, and Frndly TV, but you can also get free streaming services like Tubi, Newsmax+, CBS News, MLBTV, fubo Latino, and NBA League Pass.

Brightspeed internet discounts: How can you lower your bill?

One of the best things about Brightspeed is that the advertised price is what you really pay (after promotions expire). There are no hidden fees, discounts for paperless billing or autopay, or equipment fees on fiber internet plans.

That means you won’t find tips and tricks for lowering your bill. Instead, you just get a fair price and straightforward billing from the start.

There are just a few things to know. First, those promotions: If you get a discounted rate when you sign up, pay attention to when the deal expires.

Second, DSL customers don’t get all the perks that come with fiber internet. If that’s you, you can save on the $15-monthly modem rental charge by using your own compatible modem.

    Low-income internet from Brightspeed

Brightspeed doesn’t offer reduced-rate plans for low-income households, but you may qualify for a monthly credit of $9.25 (or more on tribal lands) if you use the federal Lifeline program. Qualifying users could get Brightspeed’s cheapest fiber plan for around $20 per month for the first six months and around $40 per month after that.

If you can get only DSL from Brightspeed, the cheapest plan comes to about $40 per month after the Lifeline discount.

Apply for the program and compare providers near you with the Universal Services Administrative Co.

    Brightspeed internet fees

Brightspeed is one of the best providers out there when it comes to fees—there are almost none to worry about.

Two exceptions are installation fees, which may run you $99 if you need a pro to come out, and $15-monthly equipment charges if you have DSL internet.

Other than that, you’re scot-free. There are no overage charges, equipment fees, Wi-Fi connection fees, paperless billing fees, autopay fees, or weird penalties to worry about.
