Worst internet service ever. I can't have a single zoom meeting without connectivity problems. 1000mps is BS

We were living in an apartment complex that only contracted with Hargray.I,ll say that all the people we dealt were professionals. My problem was with the way they run their business. When we moved , we took the equipment to return it the store, and paid the final bill. A few months later we received a bill for $99.0 dollars. I didn’t pay any attention because I knew we had paid the final bill in full. The next thing I got another bill,so I called them to see what this was all about. The rude response was that I had returned the equipment 2 days earlrly What company charges for returning their equipment early. I probably wouldn’t be writing this review except for the fact that they turned us over to a collection agency,which resulted in my credit score dropping by 100 points. So going forward I would suggest staying away from this company if at all possible.

This is the WORST Company ever!! I had a schedule set up on a place I just moved into renting mind you and they wouldn't drill a Freaking hole in the wall!! Don't you think I had mind enough to ask before I called y'all? Then another appointment was set for March 13 and they call and say they can't make it till the 20th? Y'all are a Sorry company and need to lower your prices and hire different people that knows what they are doing

By far thee worst ISP I have ever had the displeasure of having to use. Their CEO should be in prison and all their staff blacklisted from ever working for another ISP.

I have had internet for at least three months connected at my residence with only four days of service internet is always down they send a tech it works for a couple of hours then back down again I'm not getting internet connection but getting a bill this is terrible

The menu shows one show is playing, but a completely show is playing. Not only that but I watch one show on Hallmark, Hargray dropped it. Forget calling, you never get to talk to a person. Of course the price as gone up. They have double billed be 3 times. It’s so confusing I’m not sure what I’m paying. Not to mention, they are dropping their email services. Bottom line Hargray is low on my list.
