Being in Texas rural area, there are not too many options. This service it's OK. Sometimes there are some hiccups. Call customer service and they resolve my problems. they are pretty quick. One thing I ask, maybe they working hours to be 8AM to 6PM, so is covering a regular working day. Most of the time I'm getting Mark who always being very helpful, and knowledgeable.

I live in a rural area so I didn't expect to get anything close 200mbps but I had to cancel and return it because my att nighthawk hotspot was faster. I was only getting 20mbps when my att nighthawk was doing 60mbps. I would of been ok if I got around 100mbps. They tried to help me to get it to work but it never happened. They also promised that I would get my money back when I went pass 15 days. I work out of town and I called to cancel on the 12th day because I wasn't going to be home by the 15th day. The lady on the phone and a tech guy promised me that it was ok. So if you're going to give this company a try and it doesn't work out for just don't expect to get your money back.

Fast dependable internet. Mark has been an excellent service whenever needed. We are very happy with the fast response and over the phone service he’s provided.

Beats the rap out of the competition. I can actually game online now. Good speed ,no buffering on videos or movies. So far service has been consistent and fast. Rick from speednet was very helpful and prompt in setting up my monthly billing. What a winning switch from Hughesnet and satellite.

Mark was great to work with. I am 72 years old and really not up to speed with internet. Mark walked my through the procedure to fix my wifi over the phone. He took his time to explained the process in order to fix the issue. Thankyou Mark Vin.
