Automatic billing is required on Starry internet plans. You can check your next bill date in the Starry App and set up to pay with any of the following:
- Debit card (get a $5 monthly discount if you use this method)
- Prepaid card
- Credit card
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- CashApp

Cancel your Starry service
You can cancel your Starry internet service in your Starry account (click Manage My Plan). After you cancel, watch for a confirmation email with a prepaid return label you can use to return your equipment.
