Not much to say, looks like all of the other bad reviews all say everything that I wanted to say. Hiring this company was the worst experience I've ever had with any provider. Switched to Starlink and I'm in heaven. Fast, works perfectly and no issues.

I have been with kinetic for over 6 years. The price keeps going up for the same internet that isn’t great. My neighbor has a higher mb download than me and pays 40 dollars less a month. I’m on my second technician ticket in less than a year. Last year a technician was supposed to come out (on my birthday) not only did he not show up, he also did not text or call to let me know he wouldn’t be coming. I’m in nursing school and my daughter in homeschooled we use our Internet every day for our studies and cannot continue our studies due to the awful service of kinetic. Not to mention I was hung up on during my complaints about needing my internet for school and their technicians do not show up.

Not all of wind stream is fiber.part is hard wire and is bad. System is down a lot of the time and is slow around 2mbs

I'm aggravated. So aggravated. I am constantly dealing with billing issues. I have the same service. I expect to get billed the same amount every month. Why is that so hard for you? Same service. Same amount. Really simple. I'm so sick of calling and holding, calling and holding, calling and holding. Grrrr. If I can't get this latest issue resolved today, I may cancel the service.

Windstream used to be great and inexpensive. Then the price more than doubled and the service has been horrible the last couple of months. All the lights are on in the modem but my devices say no internet connection.

It reads 2000 speed download, but the real truth is 0.02 and the price surcharge when auto pay? That is not a good deal, expecially when it is paid on time!!!!!

Because of a financial situation my bill payment was not paid. When my service terminated. When I called to find out why, that’s when I found out why. So I paid for the service then and ask to reenter service. That’s now the problem. When the service was terminated I spent over two days trying to find out what was wrong. That’s when another person told me what was wrong and what to. After about 2hrs on the phone trying to explain what was wrong, even one person disconnected me. The 3rd person gave up and told me he was going to send a service person. But when he explained to me will occur that about all I need to happen . First the earliest that a person could come to my house would be 6 days , I was already been without service for two, but that’s not all. When I was given the date there was also a threat. Person would be there in 6 days somewhere in a rather large time frame. Also there will be a 2hr time frame, if they would happen to call or just show up and there was no answer or no one would be present, not really sure of the address, there will be a $50 charge. A very carrying group

Absolutely the worst most inconsistent service I have ever experienced. Stay away from this company service is horrible can't keep a signal. While typing this review lost service three times. Not one single credit given in spite of having lost service for days on several occasions. Nothing short of stealing from customers
