I cannot express how much I HATE this company. When I lived in Texas, there was outages, but not nearly as often as now that I've relocated in VA. Firstly, when I was moving my equipment over they tricked me into a price, and when I saw my statement I noticed there was a service I didn't authorize. Well it turns out the promotion price was WITH the inclusion of said service, which I was not made aware of. I would've happily switched over to a new provider but the convenience of a small bill plus 2 mobile lines for $29.99 seemed great in the midst of a fast move. Well, too good to be true. I experience power outages ALL THE TIME. Seeing as my job is dependent of internet, I am currently at the public library because I have been without internet in my home since I got up at 7 this morning. Now, let's talk about the mobile service. When it works, it's fine. Half the time I can't call my spouse because for whatever reason, his phone will randomly not get calls even when I'm literally standing right next to him. I cannot wait to move so I can change companies for all my services.
