Spectrum has shoddy equipment that fails continuously, they give you the run around until you bug them too much and then they send a technician out to replace the faulty equipment. Service is intermittent even with functional equipment. Speeds are on par with my cell phone data, and internet costs are on par with other services with better connectivity. I would love to say something good about the Spectrum TV Service, but I have had a defective XUMO box for 6 months and Spectrum still hasn’t replaced it.

Terrible service. They took service out for 8 hours to do upgrade and now service is either down, locking up, or some stations not working

Your mobile app cannot be possibly any worse. I pay $300 plus a month and to not be able to speak to a real person but have to type responses, much like I am now, on a little phone screen, is the worst imaginable customer service. Get better!
