Do not get this sorry company my lines lay on the ground for 14 days and they still changed me ran my credit card twice mistake on there end but blamed me because I didn't have service they are the worst customer service in the history of all Internet in America the worst never get these clowns

I paid for my service and here it is a week later and I still have no service, they sent the box with the modem and stuff to the new address,them send the connection technician to the Old address, then sends a double bill to the New address, yet I have no Internet no cable nothing but the equipment and a double priced bill. Ill advise everyone Don't shop spectrum on Every Media platform

Our home internet box goes in and out of service all day every day. And , when I go to report it....there's an outage. Then I get messages that our mobile speed will be slowed down. If the internet worked correctly, we wouldn't have a data issue. So tired of monopoly companies

Do not ever get this company my lines lay on the ground for 14 days they still charge me I called everyday then the sorry company cut my service off because I didn't pay for something I didn't have.

Horrible Wi-Fi service! There are outages constantly! It’s become impossible to use their service when working from home. I had to use my hot spot all the time because their services don’t work. Not worth $100 a month. I’m moving on 3/10 and I’m disconnecting service with them. I do NOT recommend Spectrum!

Even with the gig service, we never see much over 170 regardless of time of day. The service itself is stable, but the supplied wireless router is horrible and drops connections regularly. After several exchanges, a TP-Link router purchased from Amazon eliminated that problem and provided stronger signal throughout our home.
