Finally after 2/3 years , getting a good technical support person AJ replacing proper materials etc. The internet and cable is working properly now. Finally can see and understand what higher speed internet means WOW THANK YOU, ANOTHER LONG VALUED SPECTRUM CUSTOMER.

Opaque pricing schemes attempting to extract as much as possible from customers. Frequent outages and extremely difficult to contact actual human representatives. So frustrating it made me say things to that AI voice that reminded me of the taste of dial bar soap.

Spotty internet service. Very expensive cable service and nickel and dime by saying you must rent their additional equipment (router, receivers) if you want to continue your cable package. Customer service is polite (in person and over the phone) but app support will deny you have reported outages if you ask for any type of credit (even when a technician has just been to your house). When it was Time Warner Cable, I had no issues, and really the issues have happened within the last few years with Spectrum. It’s too bad because the people seem nice but the internet service issues and cable pricing have gotten out of hand. I’m glad I have a different provider as a backup for my phone when my internet or cable goes down.

Service disruption for some reason, the earliest appointment is 2 days away, no internet, cable or no one seems to be able to help, oh, and the bill has nearly doubled since starting, not happy, obviously
