Our internet went out unexpectedly this morning. And while I understand things do happen out of control of the company. I coordinated plans to host a fight party well in advanced and the time went from 2:30 to 3:30 to 8:30 to 11:00 and now 12:00am. Lost out on money I spent to host for the fight. And spectrum please do not offer a $20-$30 discount, this is unacceptable, we didn’t even have bad weather in our area today. Cold and windy that’s it.

I closed my bill in November.I was told that once the equipment was returned , everything would be done. Retur.\nN , the equipment in the store , the person behind the counter told me , thank you , everything is paid for. Now , two months later , I get a bill for the last month of service being told that you pay after you receive the service not before. Lie you always pay an advance. Spectrum is a shady provider

I’ve had issues with the internet at my home with Time Warner/Spectrum since I’ve lived in my home for the last 18 years. This time it’s taking them over 5 months and they still haven’t fixed whatever is wrong. Multiple contacts with different departments calling and techs coming and still no fix to the problem. Then there is there cost increase from 19.99 to $95 a month over time for just the basic internet service :/ Poor maintenance, poor service, poor pricing. Unfortunately there are no other service providers in my area. Very frustrated.

Absolutely awful service. They took money out of an account that I don’t use and overdrafted it. They should be ashamed on how they treat customers. I will cancel all of spectrum and go to a new provider.

Spectrum prices for our service increased from $180/ month to over $350/ month for the Same bundle over 6 years. We are happy to discuss before leaving, given the competition. T-Mobil internet, and on line access to news and YouTube

Service drops constantly...had the same problem for a YEAR--it took 4 service calls and 4 different techs before someone found the supposed issue. They promise things that they cant or wont deliver, customer service is rude and implies you are lying when you have an issue. If you have a choice in provider, choose someone else and save yourself the headache!

Bait and switch--offer speeds and perks that they KNOW they cant or wont provide, customer service is a joke and you NEVER get the speeds they promise...ever. Service drops constantly and CS reps want to argue with you about it and imply you are crazy or stupid because their service doesnt work. If you have a choice, choose another provider.
