Start by installing the Xfinity app (from Comcast Cable Communications) from the App Store or Google Play. Once you install the app, do the following:

Step 1: Enter your username and password. Be sure to save the password, so you don’t have to reenter it every time you use a hotspot.

Step 2: Navigate to the Connect tab and tap Xfinity WiFi Hotspots

The app will show you a map of all nearby Xfinity Wi-Fi hotspots.

Step 3: Once you find a nearby hotspot and are in range, connect to the network named xfinitywifi in your Wi-Fi settings.

Step 4: A browser page should automatically appear. Enter your Xfinity username and password.
