This service is absolutely TERRIBLE. If you call to order Fiber , they are happy to sell you that on the phone. When they arrive the installer is almost begging you NOT to install the service because he knows that the service speed is NOT FIBER. If i want to upload files or video online I have to use my phone's hot spot in order to do that. Unless you absolutely HAVE TO GET THIS SERVICE ... DO NOT USE AT&T
