Never ending price increases especially the streaming app. Look out if Internet has an outage on a holiday weekend especially Sunday. We have been experiencing and outage for 12 hours this not affects private homes but also business, gas stations etc

Honestly not as good as they claim. My speeds are less than advertised, it's terribly inconsistent and I have to handle most of my own tech support because theirs are all using Google to solve problems they should already know. Google is the real employee here

Overall I have been very happy with the Internet service provided by CenturyLink. We have the 2nd to the highest available DSL service in our area with the ActionTec C1000A DSL modem and have had it for about a year and a half. Over that time, the only time we have had any problems with the service is when the area loses power during a thunderstorm or other power outage. I have tested the speed with several test sites and the speed is right at the advertised speed. We have no problem streaming several 1080p HD feeds from Netflix and downloading large install and update files to a PC takes very little time. Just for comparison, I have been using the Internet since the 1980's during the days of a 1200 baud dial-up modem. My only minor complaint is I feel the price is a little high. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided by CenturyLink.
