When choosing your wifi, the salespersons told me that only pay $36.99 per month using auto payment and my monthly fee is locked regardless of the reason with two years. But in less than one year, you are now charging me $39.99 per month.

CS is horrible. Constantly lose internet/cable connection. Never give the correct estimate to fix the issue. Would not recommend

For the last year we continuously have had rates increases and we only have phone and internet, not super speed internet either, totally sticking it to faithful, good paying customers.

Do not get this sorry company my lines lay on the ground for 14 days and they still changed me ran my credit card twice mistake on there end but blamed me because I didn't have service they are the worst customer service in the history of all Internet in America the worst never get these clowns
