We had century link which was crazy. Told this internet was alot better. It actually sucks worse. I now can't even play my game and was playing fine before xfinity came around. They lie to get you to switch.

This internet is the worst. And to expensive. I would change except for where I live that's all that I can get. I work from home a few days a week, and it slows down so I had to get a second modem. Which doubled my price

Every single day cable box wants to restart (which takes way longer than it should) to "update"! Update what...how can it possibly need to update everyday! Then, again almost at least once a day, it freezes! You can't do ANYTHING but unplug & plug back in (which if plug is hard to get to can be even more of a pain)! Then, this month they raised bill...no more services..just more money! Internet also flips out regularly!

Worse company ever. I manage my parents account as they are elderly and xfinity is so confusing and frustrating. They offered a plan and then changed it to a more expensive plan and say they never offered the cheaper plan. They gave a credit to my parents and then the next month they.take it away not informing them. And they don't take any responsibility and just do this to my parents. They are rude and care nothing that my parents were loyal customers since 1999. It is simply unbelievable!!
