My phone goes out and the people at the company don't want to listen. I already done everything they asked before I called them and the shit still don't work. Than they tell me it will be four days before I can get someone out to check my stuff. My mom needs her phone for emergency when I'm not home do to work. But them and there people don't care. There tv freezes up starts and stops, net goes out, always updating stuff and when they do shit don't work. I had all the channels, than all of a sudden they took them off and my bill is still high. This company needs to get it's act together.
