I was recently switched from Uverse to AT&T DirectTv streaming by AT&T, and I have AT&T internet. I was quite happy with Uverse, although it was expensive. I'm extremely unhappy now and will switch both TV and internet when I can. DirectTV streaming isn't easy: the picture frequently freezes at random intervals, and sometimes the app won't load even with repeated tries. And I was misled about what is advertised as unlimited DVR storage; it *is not* unlimited. Once you've hit 30 episodes of a series, earlier episodes are automatically deleted. Billing has been a mess; I didn't realize that my bill for internet and TV would now be separate, and so now that I'm locked into a contract, what I thought would be a $70 per month savings is now about $25. I was billed too much for my last weeks of Uverse, which should have already been paid for. I'm extremely unhappy and would advise NOT getting AT&T internet with DirectTV streaming.

The constant switching from free to not free back to free to not free is stupidly annoying. TV only works 1/2 the time when it's not frozen or showing the wrong show or info. The only time I actually get the service that was advertised that I was paying for, is maybe only 1/4 of the time. Never had those issues with any other provider I've used. Switching back to a service I can actually rely on.

Very bad,Horrible,no good customer service, like the other have said this company don't know what is going on with sales dept.to installation dept. they call me to switch from my current provider to them (AT&T) worst thing i ever done to talk to them. First they confirm my order and time and day when the installer will be at my place so i take half day off, now they told me their no confirm order to install new service. they still want me to be their customer, i don't think so, their customer service personal was so rude and arrogant, next time their sells person come to my drive or they call me i just give them my peace of mind. be care full with them. very bad bad bad bad services.
