Reliability sucks. I've had multiple service outages this summer. Techs have been to my house 3 times and still have service outages. I live part of year 450 miles from the Summit Lake Wisconsin address so cant always reset my router when the system fails. Im looking for another ISP.

Out of service again. A week and a half and another week and a half maybe more to repair THEIR crappy equipment. Dec 22 out two weeks. June out several times over the month. Feb 23 out three weeks again. No one seems to care. Repair techs say its fixed and never check to see if in fact it is fixed. Looking for different service. I cant provide medical care to patients without telephone, and can’t afford to retire.

We set up our service far in advance to ensure that we have internet to do our school work. Centurylink did not come during there scheduled time. I have been trying to get ahold of them to fix this issue and keep getting transferred or told to call other numbers and can’t actually get someone to talk to. I tried to go to three different locations in my town one of which was no longer there, one did not help customers, the last also had moved and had a new address on the door so I went to the new address and it was a completely different business. Needless to say I am going to find a new provider.

They are horrible. We’ve tried to unlock our phones after paying it off and after FOUR DAYS even though it said 24-48 hours, they still haven’t processed our request. The money’s already been taken but they still won’t let us do it. They told us it’d be done in two days four days ago and after that they said it’d be done on January 1st and that’s today. Today? Nothing. “Wait until tomorrow.” They said.
