Iowa Telecom had ceased to upgrade their systems and we were at a loss until the Coon Valley rep contacted us - he had found that their signal was pinging off our antenna and told us it was a clear shot to their antenna. They were out and had us hooked up that same day, - we could have signed up for 200 but opted for a lesser cost package. Thank goodness they found us!
