Worst Internet service ever. About a quarter of each day it doesn't connect at all. Then eventually it cuts out completely. They've charged me 150 dollars each for four new routers (which are actually refurbished routers). The land line is usually scratchy or doesn't work. Repair people are good, "fix" it for a day or two, then it all starts over again. Sometimes phone help is effective, again for a few days only, and sometimes they don't know anything or try to upgrade your service (and you know it won't help at all). I'm searching for alternatives but there are not many around here.
