We are in a rural area that previously only received dial-up internet service. Now with CenturyLink our connection is better but certainly not perfect. Downloading video is slow compared to Comcast internet service which my sister receives and is not available to my home. There is a lot of room for improvement which CenturyLink so far has not attempted to make.
